“Have a Safe Trip!”
We’ve all heard it, when leaving out for a vacation. Our co-workers wish us well. Our neighbors who are staying behind collecting our mail or feeding our pets wish us well. The ticket agent at the check in counter even says it as we board the plane, train or bus.
But to make sure you truly do have a safe trip, doesn’t just include getting to your destination without an accident. These days we have to also think about our identity safety.
Make sure you review tips for protecting your identity and overall safety while you travel, before you travel.

Baby Boot Camp is new to Tulsa, but is available in 100 cities nationwide. This particular franchise, named Green Country Baby Boot
Camp, offers a 75-minute workout designed for new moms to get back into shape after having a baby.
A great workout has been shown to reduce the symptoms of postpartum depression significantly more than those who attend a support group, according to The International Journal of Nursing.
The workout combines strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. This style increases strength and tones muscles while boosting energy levels and increasing endurance. Participants are encouraged to bring their babies to class to reduce stress and eliminate the expense of childcare. Most workouts are held outdoors where a stroller is a central focus of the workout.
Elizabeth Hazel is a certified personal trainer and instructor of Baby Boot Camp. She is a mother of four and is excited to bring this program to Tulsa.
Classes are offered at Whiteside Park, 4009 S. Pittsburg Ave. Times and exercise packages are flexible and affordable.
