A couple of weeks ago, I hosted a party. Yeah… newsflash, I know. Who throws parties this time of year?

Anyway, in all the preparation, I, of course tore up my kitchen with all the baking, cooking, pulling out of warming trays, serving pieces, etc. During the course of it all, and also in hindsight, I realized how poorly organized my kitchen was and therefore my work flow.

Even if you’re not the hostess-with-the-mostest, or super-chef, you’re still using your kitchen more than any other area of your apartment. Having a more organized and simple to use kitchen just makes life easier.
